: The study complied with the Declaration of Helsinki ethical principles. The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics reviewed the trial according to the Act on Medical and Health Research (ACT 2008–06-20 no. 44) and determined that committee approval was not required (2018/1326/REK Sør-øst A). Participants provided informed consent before participating in the study. The Norwegian Social Science Data Service also approved the study (ref number 861249), and all data were stored on a secure IT platform (Services for Sensitive Data, TSD).
