: The experimental procedures were approved by the Medical Research Ethics Committee (MREC) of the Faculty of Medicine, Sohag University (Egypt), and registered under Registration Number (Soh-Med-21-09-24). All animal handling and experimental protocols adhered to the standard operating procedure guidelines for Laboratory Animals at Sohag University. One limitation in this study is its restriction to male mice, and future studies are recommended to include male and female mice to investigate sex-specific differences, a crucial for developing effective therapies for all fibromyalgia patients.
