: The study procedures of this double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized trial were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical University of Vienna (EKNr: 2142008), the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (Österreichische Agentur für Gesundheit und Ernährungssicherheit), (identifier: NCT01222026), and European Union Drug Regulating Authorities Clinical Trials.
