: This observational study involving human participants was registered and accepted for service evaluation (Registration 20-190C) by the Institution and as such did not require formal ethics review. However, ethical considerations were addressed with input from members of the Trust’s Ethics Committee with inclusion of lay representatives at every meeting. All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the Institution and the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards except for informed consent. As this study was registered and accepted for service evaluation (Registration 20-190C) by the Institution, informed consent was not required as all data was classed as auditable within the Trust. Consent within a service evaluation is considered implied by the Institution and this study followed all procedures in line with the Data Protection Act (2018) and Confidentiality: NHS Code of Practice (2003).
