Ethics approval and consent to participate: The project was submitted for an advisory opinion to the cantonal ethics committee of the lead institution (Ethics Committee Zurich, IRB number 2021–02105) and considered not to fall under the Swiss Human Research Act given its quality improvement character. For the present study an amendment was performed in 2025. Of note, all patient data were irreversibly anonymized at the point of data entry.
