: This study investigated key concepts related to virtual reality and video simulators on expert decision-making skill. High visual clarity and immersion within a 360VR simulator appeared to have limited influence on decision-making performance. However, engagement in 360VR was higher than in video simulation. Therefore, 360VR might be more engaging for training decision-making.
