: This manuscript describes the development of a technical methodology for constructing Tissue Macroarrays performed with tissue blocks from samples provided by the Biobank-IDBAPS/FCRB. The Macro-TA was performed in the context of a research project where G.C. and I.A. participate and have an approved ethics committee and tissue request from the Biobank-IDIBAPS/FCRB.
