: This is an observational study, and the data used in this article is based on the routine practice of physicians. So, there was no need to obtain an ethical code as no intervention was done for performing the study.
: Hamidreza Kafi is the head of the medical department of Orchid Pharmed Company which is in collaboration with CinnaGen Company with respect to conducting clinical trials. Araz Sabzvari is a member of CinnaGen medical biotechnology research center. This research center collaborates with universities and researchers all over the world with regards to research and development of medications and health issues. Hamidreza Kafi is the employee of the company, which could potentially introduce bias. However, the data collection and analysis were done by separate individuals to minimize bias and to ensure the integrity of the study. Other authors have no conflict of interest to declare.
