: Participation was voluntary and anonymous. Students did not receive any form of financial or material compensation for their participation. They received information about study aims, data confidentiality, and their right to withdraw at any time without any negative consequence. Parents were informed via school communication channels, and students provided informed consent prior to participation. The Medical Ethical Review Committee of Leiden University Medical Centre confirmed that the study did not fall under the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO). The non-WMO Review Committee issued a declaration of no objection (reference 25–3070). The study followed the Declaration of Helsinki (2008 revision).
