Ethics approval: The study received ethical approval from the Helsinki University Hospital Regional Committee on Medical Research Ethics in February 2022. The HUS Regional Committee on Medical Research Ethics (Helsinki, Finland) is organized and operates in compliance with the International Conference of Harmonization (ICH) Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidance for Ethics Committees and the applicable laws and regulations. Human subjects research conducted or supported by HUS is guided by Ethical Principals as stated in the terms of the Federalwide Assurance (FWA) for the protection of human subjects in international institutions. The HUS Regional Committee on Medical Research Ethics is registered with the OHRP and follows ICH-GCP-E6 in reviewing all research in the HUS area involving human subjects.

Consent to participate: Parents provided electronic consent via REDCap after receiving oral and written information about the study. REDCap is a secure web application which can be used for the data collection of sensitive data.
