: All procedures performed in the study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration. The research protocol was approved by the Ghana Health Service Ethical Review Committee on the 25<sup>th</sup> of March 2020 (Protocol No. GHS-ERC 045/02/20). Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study before data collection. For children under 10 years, consent was taken with their caregivers. An assent was sought as well from the adolescents (10 to 14 years), in addition to the consent from the caregivers.
