: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Ministry of Health, Universal Basic Education Board, and the Rural Water and Sanitation Agency. Zonal Education Officers and Education Secretaries of each LGA were informed about the study objectives. School head teachers and staff were also engaged in the process.
