: Not applicable. This study only involves the aliquoting and iELISA detection of serum samples, with no operations involving live animals, therefore, no ethical approval was necessary. The pig serum samples used in this study were obtained from the routine detection and sampling of pig herds by the Hubei Provincial Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control and were not specifically collected for this study. The routine sampling by this center complies with relevant local regulations and ethical norms.
