: All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals and complied with national and international regulations, including the EU Directive 2010/63/EU. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Trakya University Animal Experiments Local Ethics Committee (TUHADYEK-2021/08). Animals were housed under controlled environmental conditions (12 h light/dark cycle, temperature- and humidity-controlled rooms) with ad libitum access to food and water. All procedures were performed with efforts to minimize animal suffering and distress. Anesthesia was administered during tissue collection, and animals were humanely sacrificed at the experimental endpoint.
