We (Irene Tieleman, Henry Kamau Ndithia, Peter Kinyanjui Gachigi, Paul Maina Kimani and Abraham Mwangi Kuria) are all skilled bird ringers, and we captured and handled birds in adherence to animal welfare and the standard operating protocols of the National Museums of Kenya.
