: The study (number: JCOG1009/1010) complied with the Declaration of Helsinki requirements and Japanese Ethical Guidelines for Clinical Research. The study protocol was approved by the institutional review boards of all participating hospitals and registered with the University Hospital Medical Information Network Clinical Trials Registry (UMIN000004995). Informed consent for the secondary use of the data was obtained from the enrolled patients at registration in JCOG1009/1010.
