: Ethical approval was waived by local Ethics Committee of University Hospital Motol in view of the retrospective nature of the study, and all the procedures being performed were part of the routine care. The prospective blood pressure and echocardiography investigation of healthy children was approved by the local Ethics Committee and the parents signed their informed consent with the study.
