: The data were those obtained from the the clinical trial “Cysped” (NCT02822404) that has been approved by a “Comité de Protection des Personnes” and the “Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé” (ANSM), and the “CysPedVal” study (registered as RnIPH 2020–101 at the Toulouse University Hospital in compliance to the MR-004 reference methodology of the French Data Protection Agency).
: For the interventional clinical trial “Cysped” (NCT02822404), informed consent was obtained from parents or children’s legal representatives. According to French law on ethics, for the use of data and samples in the “CysPedVal” study, an information letter was given to parents or children’s legal representatives but also to the children who were old enough to understand.
