: All participants provided informed consent to participate in the study, which was conducted as part of routine clinical care and did not involve the administration of any experimental therapy. Data were fully anonymized in compliance with EU privacy regulations. The study was designed and conducted in full adherence to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Formal ethics committee approval was not required, as the research consisted solely of a series of case reports (Regional Decree: 1104–29/09/2014: “Disposizione concernenti il Comitato Etico Regionale (CER) Regione Marche”).
