: Participants were allowed to continue their regular medications, with any changes documented and reported to the supervising physician. The trial was conducted under the supervision of the clinical team from the Department of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Occupational Medicine, Medical University of Vienna, Austria. Ethical approval was obtained (Ethics Committee Number: 1779/2022) and the trial was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05918965).
