: Ethical conduct was maintained throughout the study by adherence to anonymity protocols, with a survey section dedicated to participant information rights. The survey was pre-tested by the authors to ensure no personal details were collected. Participation in this study was voluntary, and participants could withdraw at any time by exiting the survey browser. Informed consent was obtained from all participants by completing the survey. Ethical approval was received from the St. Francis Xavier University Research Ethics Board (REF: 27133) in March 2024 prior to data collection for the Canadian portion of the study. In Norway, this study was exempt from ethical approval by the Regional Ethical Committee in accordance with the Norwegian Centre for Research Data and Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research, as no personal identifying information was collected. The participants provided informed consent to participate in this study, and the data was kept confidential.

: The invitation to participate and the survey preamble informed participants that the study results might be published in a summarized, aggregate form and that no individual responses would be disclosed.
