: This project qualifies as a QA project and therefore did not need full research ethics board (REB) approval. This was determined using the Ethics Screening Tool “ARECCI” (Alberta Research Ethics Community Consensus Initiative), which is a four-step, web-based tool provided by Alberta Innovated Health Solutions. This tool provides a risk score to determine minimal risk projects. Risk scores of 7 and below are considered minimal risk and fall under QA; thus, an REB application is not required.
