: This study involving human participants was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Review Committee of Fujian Medical University (IRB Ref. No.:2020/00,049) in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All methods were conducted in accordance with the Ethics Review Committee of Fujian Medical University guidelines and regulations. All expert participants voluntarily signed informed consent after being fully informed about the purpose and methods of the study. The experts’ identities and responses were kept confidential and anonymized to ensure that the data could not be traced back to specific participants. All expert responses were recorded and stored in electronic form. These data are stored in secure databases with access restricted to members of the research team. All data will be retained for five years after the end of the study in case of subsequent research or audit needs. After five years, all data will be permanently deleted.
