: The study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (reference number 2021–01045) and was conducted in accordance with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. All participants were informed that their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw at any time without consequence. Interviews were conducted by a researcher trained and prepared to handle any participant’s distress, with support offered as needed. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured by assigning pseudonyms to participants and securely storing all data accessible only to the research group.
