: This study was approved by the EORTC QLG and was coordinated at Institut Curie (France). It was performed according to the rules of the Helsinki Declaration and received ethical approval from the coordinating centre ( Ethical approval “ Committee for the Protection of Persons North-West 1 ( Comité de Protection des Personnes)” Nord-Ouest 1, Rouen University, Rouen, France, N° 19.07.15.58930, approval received on the 15/11/2019) and from each participating center according to national and regional requirements.
