: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. It was based on retrospective analysis of data from the French national Pediatric Radiotherapy registry (PediaRT), a health data warehouse (“Entrepôt de Données de Santé”, EDS) hosted by the Institut de Cancérologie de Lorraine and containing dosimetric data from pediatric radiotherapy treatments. The PediaRT registry complies with the French National Commission for Data Protection (CNIL) reference methodology MS-002 (registration number 2231699, conformity date: November 2, 2023). According to French regulations, retrospective studies based on data from a compliant EDS do not require formal approval by an institutional review board or individual informed consent from participants.
