Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study involved qualitative interviews with physicians and nurses treating hematology and hemato-oncology patients in outpatient clinics across eight hospitals in Israel. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the University of Haifa (Approval No. 156/24), as well as from the institutional Helsinki Committees of all participating hospitals. All participants provided both verbal and written informed consent prior to their interviews.
