: This study utilized a fully anonymized dataset comprising symptoms observed in 182 randomly selected patients diagnosed with influenza at the Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic of Milas State Hospital, Mugla. Patient anonymity was strictly maintained by removing all personal identifiers; the data contains only non-identifiable binary symptom records. The collection and analysis of this anonymized retrospective data were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The dataset is publicly available under a CC-BY license in the Zenodo repository to ensure reproducibility.
