: Ethical approval was obtained from the Eskisehir Osmangazi University Ethics Committee for the study. To carry out the study in nursing homes, permission for participation was obtained from the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Family and Social Services in Eskisehir. Before initiating the study, written informed consent was obtained from all elderly participants.
