: The study protocol was approved by the ethics committee of Qinhuangdao First Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University, and informed consent was obtained from each subject. The research team of this project will strictly follow the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the International Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research Involving Human Beings developed by the World Health Organization and the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences (CIOMS) and will ensure that the medical records of the subjects (study charts/CRFs, lab slips, etc.) will be preserved in their entirety and that any public reporting of the results of this study will not disclose the personal identities of the patients.
