: This study did not require an informed consent of the Ethics Committee of the Principality of Asturias, because the procedures that were applied are excluded of the requirement of the authorisation, upon the Regulatory Legislation (Real Decreto 53/2013,1/2/2013), that regulates the activities subjected to the use of animals in experimentation and teaching, that specifically excludes for the ethical authorisation the practices related with zootechnical purposes (art. 5).
