: This study utilized archived drug-free human plasma samples provided by the blood bank at Assiut University Hospitals. All specimens were de-identified, containing no personal or clinical donor information. The plasma was used exclusively for the development and validation of the analytical method. No human participants were recruited, and no direct interaction or intervention occurred. In accordance with the Institutional Research Board guidelines of Assiut University and international ethical standards, including the Declaration of Helsinki, this work is not classified as human subject research.
