: The study is a retrospective data project that utilized existing data to evaluate the quality of registry data. There was no patient contact for the study, and therefore, no patient consent process was conducted. The Human Research Ethics Committee of Bern (Kantonale Ethikkommission KEK Bern, Bern, Switzerland) approved the project (KEK No. 10–10-2006 and 8–11-2006).
