: The study was performed following the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Additionally, this case study was approved by the BCBL Ethics Committee and the Euskadi Ethics Committee for Clinical Research (protocol code: PI2017002). Informed consent was obtained from both participants included in the study. This consent covered the recording of neuroimaging and behavioral responses before, during, and after surgery, as well as the collection of images and voice recordings. To maintain anonymity, both voice and facial features have been intentionally distorted.
