: This study involved a retrospective analysis of routinely collected clinical data (MEC-2017–275). All procedures performed in studies were in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. No individual consent was sought, because this was a retrospective study of routinely collected data.
