: Female C3H mice produced by the National Cancer Institute Animal Production Area (Frederick, MD) were used for the study. The mice were 6–8 weeks of age at the time of experiment and weighed between 20 and 30 g. EPR imaging experiments were carried out in compliance with the <i>Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animal Resources</i>, (<i>1996</i>) National Research Council, and approved by the National Cancer Institute, NIH, Bethesda, MD, USA.
