: The HOSPITAL institutional review board approved the study and waived the requirement for obtaining informed consent as it is no more than minimal risk, minimal PHI was accessed, and no direct patient contact would occur (approved 9/10/2021, reference number MOD00003667). Study procedures met Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act requirements and 42 CFR Part 2. This report follows the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) guideline for cross-sectional studies (von Elm et al. 2008).
