Lefering</b> berichtet eine Beziehung zwischen der AUC GmbH als Träger des TraumaRegister DGU® und dem IFOM der Universität Witten/Herdecke. Diese Beziehung beinhaltet statistische Unterstützung bei Analysen aus dem TraumaRegister DGU®. <b>C. Jost</b> berichtet, dass Teile des vorliegenden Manuskriptes auf seiner geplanten Dissertation an der medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Ulm beruhen. <b>H. Trentzsch</b> ist stellvertretender Leiter der Sektion Notfall‑, Intensivmedizin und Schwerverletztenversorgung (Sektion NIS) und in Nebentätigkeit für das Bildungsinstitut für Kompetenz in der Medizin (bikmed), eine Tochtergesellschaft der AUC – Akademie der Unfallchirurgie GmbH als ATLS-Kursdirektor tätig.
