: The human tissues involved in this study were maxillary premolars extracted for orthodontic treatment. We obtained the approval of the medical ethics committee of Guiyang stomatological hospital(Ethics review approval No.: gyskll-ky-20220407-16) before the study (Additional File : Medical ethics review approval). The patients whose maxillary premolars were extracted due to the need of orthodontic treatment were orally informed of the purpose of the study, and they all agreed and supported the extracted maxillary premolars for the study.
