: KRK was involved in the development of the ICHOM Standard Outcome Set for child and youth anxiety and depression and received personal fees from ICHOM during the development of the set. The ICHOM Standard Set is available free of charge and there is no financial conflict of interest. KRK is also a co-investigator in the IN-ROADS initiative which aims to develop a Core Outcome Set (COS) for youth depression trials. The recommendations made by that COS will be freely available and there is no financial conflict of interest. MW is Director of Mental Health at the Wellcome Trust and as such has issued recommendations for common metrics in anxiety and depression research. MW chaired (but did not vote with) the before-mentioned ICHOM working group that developed core metrics for anxiety and depression in children and young people. MW was formerly Director of the Child Outcomes Research Consortium that made recommendations about outcome measures. MW was involved in developing one of the measures recommended by the ICHOM working group—the Current View tool. This tool is free to use, and MW makes no financial gain from its use.
