: Early interventions for children with ASD can increase quality of life and alleviate economic burdens on governments. Exercise interventions are advocated to ameliorate ASD symptoms. Our NMA underscored the efficacy of peer-mediated interventions targeting FMS, which notably benefit ASD children. Our findings provide theoretical support for pediatricians or physical therapists to incorporate exercise as a “pharmacological tool” in interventions for children with ASD.
