:
: Approval of the studies’ procedures was obtained from the General Directorate of Education who was the entity responsible for ethics conducted in schools at the time of data collection. All underaged participants (i.e., 17 years or younger) participate only after parental informed consent, and written consent was obtained in addition to their own assent to participate. Participants aged 18 years old gave written informed consent for their own participation. Informed consent forms made explicit the goals of the study, the voluntary nature of the participation and the confidentiality of the collected data, which would be used for research purposes. The Ethical Principles defined by the Declaration of Helsinki and by the Ethical and Deontological Code of the Portuguese Board of Psychologists were followed.
