: The appropriate approvals were obtained from the relevant Institutional Review Board of General and Digestive Surgery Department of University Hospital of Virgen del Rocío (Seville) and Riotinto Hospital (Huelva) and in the research ethics committee of both hospital.
: The study was carried out under the conditions established by The Helsinki Statement, which regulate the terms and conditions for animal experiments. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee for experimental studies and experimental surgery Research Center, Institute of Biomedicine of Seville (IBIS), and were cared for animals at all times by qualified care professionals. Animals were cared for at all times by qualified care professionals according to the Royal Decree 1210/2005 of 10 October 2005 on the protection of animals used for experimental and other scientific purposes. The current experimental study did not receive any external funding or industry. The material has been donated by the Department of General and Digestive Surgery of the Riotinto Hospital and Virgen del Rocío Hospital.
