The data obtained from the center for this study was de-identified and did not include any patient identifiers or dates, nor any attempt made to re-identify the patients. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee at University Hospital Gent (Commissie voor medische Ethiek, Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent) with the reference number “BC-09077”.
