: Genetic analyses were subject to informed consent by the family, following a specialized genetic consultation in Nantes UMC, in accordance with French guidelines, bioethics laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), framed by the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).
