: Ethical approval for the pre-clinical study was gained from the University (ER-5456174). Ethical approvals were gained from the hospital (SCH: 2178) as well as the University (ER-5456174) and the National Health Services (IRAS: 243763) Research Ethics Committees.
: The study was performed under the Helsinki Declaration. Parental and age-appropriate children's information sheets were developed, in accordance with good practice when working with children. To ensure the participants' voluntary participation, parents were asked to discuss the study with their child before giving consent.
