: The study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Parental and age-appropriate children's information sheets were developed, in accordance with good practice when working with children. To ensure the participants’ voluntary participation, parents were asked to discuss the study with their child before giving consent. Ongoing consent was also checked verbally with the child before and during procedures.
: Phase 1 and Phase 2 were approved by University’s Research Ethics Committee (PHE-298 and 328-FUR). Phase 3 was approved by the Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Panel, Directorate of Therapeutics and Palliative Care, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals National Health Service (NHS) Foundation Trust, and NHS Research Ethics Committee (IRAS: 221071).
