: Before the data collection, human participants in the study were provided with an informed consent document approved by the Ethical committee of UNED. This document explained to participants the activity to be performed, along with its potential benefits and risks. Participants were also given the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification from the principal researcher. After that, they signed the document and started the activity. Additionally, explicit consent was obtained for the use of participant photographs included in this manuscript.
