: The study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments and was approved by the Gunma University Ethical Review Board for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects (approval date: March 17, 2021; protocol number: HS2020-246). Informed consent was waived because of the retrospective design of data collection. We provided the opportunity to opt out of the study by informing the participants through the website of our hospital and the websites or posts of the 18 medical facilities to which the patients were referred.
