: The proposal was submitted to the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, and ethical clearance was obtained from the University of Gondar's Department of Clinical Pharmacy, Research, and Ethical Review Committee, with reference number SOPS/288/2016. A permission letter was also obtained from the department for each study setup. The nature of the study was fully explained to the study participants, and written informed consent was obtained. This study was done complying with the Declaration of Helsinki. Furthermore, to maintain the confidentiality of the responses, no personal identifiers were included in the questionnaires. Additionally, the study participants' right to refuse participation was communicated to both the participant and their caregiver at any time.
